The checkup is educational guidance—not a home energy audit, inspection, diagnosis, engineering analysis, or guarantee of savings. It cannot see conditions inside your home. Verify important concerns with a qualified professional before committing to major work.

- Look for the cause. Consider the home as a system before choosing a product or replacement.
- Prioritize safety and durability. Address hazards, active leaks, and moisture problems promptly.

Public value first
E³ starts with practical education for homeowners. The free checkup is intended to be useful on its own and does not require participation in E³’s digital ecosystem. The goal is to help people make sense of energy-related concerns before they spend money on an improvement.
E³ is independently operated and is not a government energy-assistance program. The checkup does not determine eligibility for rebates or other assistance, and it does not replace an official program assessment.
The broader E³ ecosystem
E³ also has a digital concept intended to connect activity, long-term savings, and payments over time. E3 Pulse (E3P) is deployed on Ethereum. SaveStream and ePay remain planned components under development. These digital components are separate from the Home Energy Checkup; no token or wallet is needed to use the homeowner tool.
Each part will be introduced only as its purpose, limits, and practical use become clear. For now, the homeowner work begins with understanding the home and identifying reasonable next steps.
